5 Tips to a New You...........That Your Grandmother Already Knew

As we grow to adulthood we pick up the attitude that it should be out with the old and in with the new...but sometimes we throw the baby out with the bathwater...and after some pretty tough life lessons we find that Grandma knew more than she was letting on.

Here are 5 secrets to a good life that Grandma has been telling us, all of out lives:

* Take a 30 minute walk, every day
You have got to get off the lounge and move your body.....take a stroll round the block after dinner...this has great benefits for your overall good health.....such as: Increased fitness, less depression, better circulation and more life awareness...this shows out on your face giving you more vitality, clearer skin and a sparkle in your eye....you will feel more attractive, look younger and live longer....

* Drink 8 glasses of water a day
This will plump up your skin, add shine to your hair, detox your body, Your whole body will function better......Life in general just dries us out so drink some water today...You will surprise yourself how easy it is and once you start and you will feel andlook great.

* Take a multi vitamin supplement
It is no surprise for us to realize that with the constant farming of the land, produce grownthese days is mineral and vitamin deficient compared to the healthy food that our grandparent grew and ate. Take a multi-vitamin to ensure that your are getting the vitamins and minerals that your body needs to live well and be beautiful.

* Get 8 hours sleep every night
8 Hours sounds like heaven these days, what with everything that we have to fit into our days..... The pressure is on...but you will be surprised at how much you can fit into your days if your body has had the time that it needed to repair and rest.......You will be able to think more clearly..... be revitalized.... cope better with stress and have a better overall feeling of wellbeing...you will feel healthier and stronger.......because you will be healthier and stronger.

* Take some time to listen to your body
If your body is not moving, not getting enough water, not getting enough sleep, not getting the healthy food that it need to function well, it will tell you....it will tell you loud and clear.Most of us just don't listen until it is too late......don't letthis happen to you.
